The Kansas City Royals franchise on MLB The Show 18 is the bread and butter of my channel. I put a lot of my focus on the presentation of the series rather than seeing how quickly I can win a world series while simulating every game like you'd typically see on YouTube. Of course there's still emphasis put on team building but I prefer to do it realistically as opposed to making as many unrealistic, big-name trades as possible.

You can expect to see 4 different types of videos within the Royals franchise on MLB 18. First off, there's play-by-play broadcasts which are exactly what they sound like. I commentate the video as if I'm the play-by-play commentator, those videos are usually 10-15 minutes, sometimes even 20 minutes long. The other style for games are highlight videos which are done in a style like you'd see on ESPN back in the day. Rapid-fire highlights mixing in a bit more of my personality to those videos. I try to make these no longer than 5-6 minutes long. Prospect profiles are usually done about once or twice every month of the season. I player lock on a particular prospect in AAA or AA to focus on in that episode. During that episode I talk about that player’s strengths, weaknesses and anything else you need to know about the prospect. The last type of video is the monthly recap. At the end of every month of the season I cover all the relevant news, stats and anything else relevant that happened with the team in the past month.

The format for posting videos in this series goes like this:
• 3 game episodes per in-game month
• 1-2 prospect profiles per in-game month
• I try not to show the same matchups over and over again as well as mixing up the amount of home and road games shown.

Settings:
• Difficulty = Hall of Fame (Hitting/Pitching)
• Hitting Interface = Directional
• PCI = Off
• Batting Camera = Fish Eye 2
• Guess Pitch = Off
• Baserunning = Classic
• Pitching Interface = Meter
• Pitching Camera = Broadcast
• Throwing Interface = Button Accuracy
• Umpire Accuracy = Average

No, I will not change my controls to [insert controls you use]. Let me play the game how I enjoy playing it.
