As many of you know, Jerry Garcia was incredibly witty and very articulate ! Thus, always a delight to listen to him.
This is what I've found to be the best (or better), witty, funny, insightful, personal exchanges, chats, interviews of Jerry Garcia on video.
Why this re-mix ? Because 1) finding each individual interview is occasionally time consuming or frustrating and 2) some of those are simply too long.Like explaining a (Garcia) Grateful Dead experience to a novice … here’s another one of MY attempted explanations ! Beyond my own relentless devotion to this wonderful band, have fun !
This was done pretty much in a logic of historical lineage (oldest to more recent) and not a recreation of a “typical” Dead concert AND tries to cover the entire spectrum of The Grateful Dead’s (Jerry’s) 30 year experience …
Lastly, this clearly is a non-exhaustive, certainly imperfect and highly PERSONAL view of musical segments and ONLY from existing videos. All the songs may not be the “best ever renditions” nor all the video qualities fitting to be the “best in world”.
