Colorado Rockies vs Pittsburgh Pirates Highlights || April 18, 2018
In the final game of the series, the Rockies sent Kyle Freeland to the hill, and the Pirates had Chad Kuhl take the hill. Kuhl had a good outing on the day, going 6 innings and giving up only 1 earned run, while striking out 4. His lone mistake was a Chris Iannetta home run in the 3rd. Freeland didn't have the greatest of days, only going 4 innings and giving up 5 earned runs. The middle of the Pirates order (Bell, Freese, and Rodriguez) had a productive day, driving in 7 of the 10 runs on the day for the Pirates. The Pirates will head to Philadelphia to begin a 4 game series on Thursday, while the Rockies will head home for a series with the Cubs beginning on Friday.
