This game was a chaotic disaster. The Pirates fell behind 3-0 before coming back to take a 4-3 lead and then blowing it again as the Cubs scored 6 runs in the 9th inning to win 9-5. Andrew McCutchen added 2 more hits to raise his average to .260 and Josh Bell delivered a home run, triple, and 3 RBIs. For the Cubs, Anthony Rizzo and Addison Russell had 2 RBIs each while Wilson Contreas added 3 of his own.
